Introducing Stock Perps Foundation

It’s time. Today we’re taking the next step towards making Stock Perps a community-governed protocol. The Stock Perps Foundation is a new, independent body which will take up the mantle of stewarding Stock Perps and its ecosystem.

Stock Perps Foundation’s mission

The Stock Perps Foundation will facilitate governance of Stock Perps protocol by its stakeholders and contributors towards the mission of creating a world where everyone earns onchain, every second. That means managing the community governance process of protocol development, contract upgrades, the distribution of incentives and grants, as well as ecosystem growth and marketing responsibilities.

Team members on the Protocol maintenance, Ecosystem and DevRel team from Stock Perps Finance will be joining the foundation and its mission.

Re-introducing Stock Perps Finance

Stock Perps Finance will live on as an independent product development studio, with a focus on building Stock Perps ecosystem apps and infrastructure and doubling down on existing successes.

Together with the broader Stock Perps ecosystem, our goal is to push the industry – and the internet more broadly – toward a world where everyone is earning a living onchain. We’re building an ecosystem of apps and services that onboard people to earn in a consistent, sustainable way.

We couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter, with both teams of talented industry leaders working in parallel to deliver our shared mission of driving forward Stock Perps protocol and its adoption.
