Privacy Policy
Stock Perps is a non-custodial protocol. We never take custody of your assets or your private keys, and we collect as little data as the product can run on.
1. What we collect
- Public wallet address. When you connect a wallet, we read your public address and on-chain balances to display positions. This data already lives on a public blockchain.
- On-chain activity. Trades, collateral, and liquidations are recorded on Robinhood Chain by design. We read them; we do not create them.
- Usage analytics. Aggregate, non-identifying interface metrics (page views, feature usage, errors) to improve the product.
2. What we do not collect
- We do not hold, request, or store your private keys or seed phrase — ever.
- We do not run KYC or collect government IDs to use the interface.
- We do not sell personal data.
3. Cookies & analytics
We use privacy-preserving analytics and only the cookies required for the interface to function. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser without breaking core functionality.
4. Third parties
The interface talks to infrastructure providers you would expect from an onchain app: RPC nodes, a Chainlink price oracle, and wallet providers. Each processes only what is needed to route your transaction. We do not share data with them beyond that.
5. Data retention
On-chain data is permanent and outside our control. Off-chain analytics are retained only in aggregate and are not linked to your identity.
6. Your choices
Disconnect your wallet at any time. Because the protocol is non-custodial, disconnecting removes our read access immediately. For questions about this policy, reach us on X @Superfluid_HQ.
